Export C of A is not required for "Experimental" Aircraft imported to Thailand
HI Mr. Damri & Aom,
I talked with the FAA FSDO in Portand today and Mr. David Roakes told me that there was no Export Certificate of Airworthiness issued as this does not apply to Experimental Aircraft. They only give Export C of A to Standard Category aircraft and special Airworthiness Certificates but not to experimental.

Per our conversation. I do not find any records in our system showing that there was an export certificate of airworthiness (C of A) issued to N3921Z. Also according to our guidance FAA Order 8130.2G Section 2 page 5-2 and CFR 21.329 an export C of A would not have been issued for that aircraft.
